Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
Reapwell ("Reapwell," "we," "us") is operated by Nathan Guy. This policy explains what data Reapwell collects across the iOS app, the team dashboard, and this website, why, and who it's shared with. If you're an agent using Reapwell through your agency's team account, your agency (the "organization") is also a party to how your data is used — see "If you're on a team" below.
The short version
Your contacts and calendar stay on your phone. Nothing about a contact — not their name, phone number, or your notes about them — is sold or used to train models. A small amount of context is sent to our AI provider only when you ask Reapwell to draft a message. If you're on a team, only your team lead sees a contact's name and which stage they're at — never their phone number or your notes.
Data that never leaves your device
Reapwell reads two things from your phone to do its job:
- Contacts — name and phone number, so you can build your outreach list. Stored only in the app's local database on your device.
- Calendar — read to suggest open meeting times, and written to when you log a booked meeting. Never transmitted anywhere by Reapwell.
Both require your explicit iOS permission, and both stay on your device unless you take one of the actions described below (asking for a drafted message, or joining a team).
When you ask Reapwell to draft a message
To write an opener, confirmation, follow-up, or reply, Reapwell sends the following to our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), for that single request only:
- The contact's name, as saved in Reapwell (never their phone number)
- Any freeform notes you've typed about that contact
- The contact's current funnel stage, meeting time, and days since last contact, where relevant
- If you're replying to a text, the reply text you pasted in
- Your organization's sales script
This data is sent only to generate that message and is not used by Reapwell or Anthropic to train models. A device identifier is also sent for basic rate-limiting (preventing abuse of the free tier), not to identify you personally.
If you're on a team
If you join an organization's team using an invite code, Reapwell syncs a limited funnel-progress snapshot to your team's private dashboard so your team lead can see who's making progress:
- Contact display name and outreach stage/status
- Last-touch and next-meeting dates
Phone numbers and your context notes are deliberately never synced — your team lead can see who you're working with and where each conversation stands, but not how to reach them or what you said. Separately, creating or joining an organization stores basic account data — your email, display name, and (for organization owners) a securely hashed password — used to run your team's sign-in and billing.
Payment information
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Reapwell passes Stripe only your email address to start checkout — your card details are entered directly on Stripe's own hosted payment page and never pass through Reapwell's servers.
Other services we use
A few other providers help run Reapwell, each with a narrow role:
- Vercel — hosts our website and dashboard, and collects standard, aggregated website analytics (page views, not individual tracking) on this site.
- Neon — hosts the database behind team accounts and dashboards.
- Upstash — powers rate-limiting, storing only request counts tied to a device identifier or IP address.
- Resend — sends transactional emails, such as password resets, to organization owners.
None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep data
Contacts, notes, and calendar data live on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app — we have no copy of them. Account and team-sync data (see above) is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the account data we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and associated team-sync data, by emailing privacy@getreapwellapp.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Because contacts, notes, and calendar data live only on your own device, deleting them is as simple as removing them in the app or uninstalling it — we have nothing to delete on our end for that data.
Children's privacy
Reapwell is a business tool built for sales professionals and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect data from, children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Reapwell after a change means you accept the updated policy.
